My morning routine definitely sets the mood for the rest of the day. I do a few simple things to make me FEEL fabulous. First thing is washing the sleepiness off my body, and a rich fragrance is the perfect way to do this (plus, I LOVE a great fragrance). A calm shower using Caress Endless Kiss Silkening Body Wash
makes me so relaxed and the scents of creamy vanilla & sandalwood really soothes me. My body feels so soft and moisturized, and let’s not forget how good my skin smells afterwards!
Before I decide what I am going to wear for the day, I head to the kitchen for a quick and healthy light breakfast drink. I love shakes! Perfect for those of us who are trying to watch our weight, satisfy hunger, and have something sweet.
I love bananas, and I didn’t want to waste one that was pretty bruised so I chopped it up and stuck it in the freezer overnight. Frozen fruit is one great way to make shakes and I also used cinnamon (whichhas been known to curve hunger). Add about 5- 8 oz of organic milk and a few ice cubes and breakfast is served!
Keeping my skin healthy and glowing is really important to me, so washing, feeding and hydrating your body is a must! I also carry along a jug of “Spa Water” – which is water with sliced fruit for a hint of flavor. Today, I’m using lemon.
